We work closely with our local team in Morocco, to create added value for our partners, drive and develop the brands' presence in the West African region.

The business model - West Distribution the appreciated business relationship

West Distribution is a distributor of well-known international brands in food & beverage in the West African region. As a distributor, West Distribution works with the entire value chain for the brands that are distributed. It is thus up to the individual companies in the group to create relationships with both brand owners and customers, everything from large chains to smaller independent. We take responsibility for sales and marketing locally, which creates the best value base for all parties.

Both West Africa and local

At the West African level, we take responsibility for purchasing and logistics. In this way, we create added value for our partners and give them the opportunity to develop their presence in the West African region. West’s Distribution strength is based on in-depth knowledge of both the regional as well as the local level, as well as the quality of relationships at all levels in the value chain. In each local market, there is a locally registered limited company that is a member of its country's industry association, a complete sales and marketing organization. Purchasing is managed locally but is centralized at a West African level. Therefore, there is also only one West African warehouse and distribution center in Tangier, Morocco, but all customers in West African countries have direct deliveries.
